The CHANGER partnership includes interdisciplinary expertise from medicine, biology, law, information technology, and social sciences and consortium members are researchers, ethics (review) experts and human rights experts from various EU and non-EU countries. The CHANGER partners have extensive and long-standing experience-based expertise in research ethics reviews and integrity oversight as Chairs or members of institutional Research Ethics Committees (RECs), members or scientific officers of National Ethics Committees (NECs), Framework Programme ethics appraisal scheme experts, researchers in research integrity and ethics, and policy advisors to different bodies, such as the European Commission.
